The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Belinda Balluku has closely inspected the situation in the streets of Dibra.

She is inspecting the national roads, while the country is engulfed by a storm of rain, snow and low temperatures.

During her speech, Balluku said that the storm will continue and during the time that the situation is difficult, drivers should stay at home unless they have an emergency.

"We are located in Xibër and to tell the truth at this moment it is impossible to open the road. We have 110 snow plows operating across the country. We have over 1100 employees. This storm will continue until 7:00 PM and then we will have a chance to clear the roads. The police came out to stop the traffic. In the district of Dibra, we have 24 feeders that have broken down at this moment. Work will be done throughout the night to restore power to all areas where there was a disconnection. To the south-east the axes are busy, but you have to be careful. Chains must be used on all roads. We insist that vehicle movements should be restricted until the weather improves, at least until the storm is over. We urge you to avoid unnecessary movements. You can only move in case of emergency.
