Bank accounts, casinos, shares/ SPAK requests the confiscation of Ervis

The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has submitted to the Special Court of First Instance the request for the confiscation of assets seized within the framework of property proceedings no. 1 of 2023.

The Special Prosecution Office registered the above proceeding, for the property investigation of citizen Ervis Martinaj, suspected of the criminal offenses: "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of citizen Indrit Dokle, committed in special collaboration with the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization", provided for by articles 80, 28/4, 333/a/1, 334 of the Criminal Code as well as persons associated with it.

Based on the provisions of Law No. 10192 dated 03.12.2009, "On the Prevention and Suppression of Organized Crime, Trafficking, Corruption and Other Crimes through Preventive Measures against Property", amended by Law No. 70/2017, the movable and immovable assets of the person under property investigation and persons related to him have been identified and seized*.

At the conclusion of the property investigation, it results that the seized assets are unjustified from legal sources and consequently it is presumed that they are the result of the criminal activity of the investigated persons and persons associated with them.

The seized assets for which confiscation is requested are:

"KING KASINO" company, with 100% shareholder Ervis Martinaj - Status suspended.

50% of the shares and assets of the company "ALBA TELECOMMUNICATION" shpk, owned by citizen Ervis Martinaj.

The company "M…. U….." shpk, with a 100% shareholder, citizen MM - Active Status.

Company "M………EM" shpk, shareholder citizen MM – Active status.

Subject "Ervis Martinaj".

"REAL FENIX" Ltd., with 100% state shareholder M. – Active status.

Subject “D…………M….”, PF – Active status.

Subject “V……K…..” PF. -Active status

Company “SPE E…….” shpk, with 100% shareholder VK – Active status.

21% of the shares and assets of the company “SPE Gj….” shpk, owned by the company “SPE E……”, in which citizen VK is a shareholder with 100% of the shares.

5 (five) vehicles of different brands.

Property: Apartment with an area of ??82 m2, with address "Pavarësia" neighborhood, Vlora, owned by citizen DM.

Property with an area of ??245 m2, of the "Are" type, with address Piqeras Saranda, owned by EM and RM citizens.

Property of the type "Unit", with an area of ??137 m2, Tirana, owned by citizen VM.

Olive grove property, with an area of ??9800 m2, with address Dobresh, Tirana, which is owned by the company “M……. EM shpk”.

Arable property, with an area of ??3815 m2, with address Fushë-Kuqe, Kurbin, in the name of MM
