The KAYO company has denied all claims of deleting journalists' materials during the vacating of the building where Irfan Hysenbelliu's television station was carrying out its illegal activities.

KAYO JSC, through a letter dated 12.08.2025 addressed to the administrator of the Focus Media News LLC, Erjon Kanxheri, emphasizes that after the meeting held on 09.08.2025 in the premises of the former Tractor Plant, it was promised that they would vacate the building voluntarily, and this decision would even be communicated to the company officially.

After 48 hours, there was no reaction from them and thus the building was liberated by military forces who took over the building.

Among other things, the KAYO company emphasizes that the evacuation of the building was carried out under high security conditions in the presence of armed forces and every item was recorded in the minutes.

It is also underlined by the KAYO company that all claims about the deletion of journalists' materials are ridiculous.

The Kayo company has called on administrator Erjon Kanxheri to go and retrieve the materials as soon as possible.
