“Kemi Avokat populli që manipulon provat”/ Altin Goxhaj “shpërthen” para “Ligjeve”

Në Komisionin e Ligjeve po mbahet seanca dëgjimore me kandidatët që grarojnë për Avokatin e Popullit.

Kandidati Altin Goxhaj, gjatë fjalës së tij në prezantimin e platformës para Komisionit, ka “shpërthyer” në akuza me argumentin se është shkelur Ligji edhe në këtë garë.

“Jeni në shkelje të ligjit të gjithë këtu. Keni sjellë një listë me 20 emra, ndërkohë që vetëm 13 prej tyre janë të paligjshëm. Keni shkelur ligjin duke shtyrë dy herë afatin. Keni bërë futje proceduriale. Dy herë që keni bërë shtyrje keni harruar se tre muaj përpara se të mbarojë mandati duhet shpallur fituesi”, është shprehur Goxhaj.

Sipas tij, Avokati i popullit në Shqipëri nuk duhet të merret me fushata por me atë që është në komisariat në momentin kur merr sinjalin e parë.

“Kemi avokat populli që manipulon provat. Kemi një avokat që del kundër popullit. E rëndësishme është se pas kësaj salle, unë ju siguroj se kemi bërë gati si në Kosovë rrjetin e avokatëve të popullit në të gjithë Shqipërinë për t’u përballur me këtë të keqe”, është shprehur ai./CNA.al
