Edi Rama is reported to SPAK

The DP Parliamentary Group reports Edi Rama to SPAK for the criminal offense of "Abuse of office", "Passive corruption of high-ranking state officials or local elected officials" and "Laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", in the special form of cooperation, that of the "Structured Criminal Group", in connection with what the DP calls the "ALBANIAN FILES" affair.

According to the report made by the DP, the contents of this book reveal a scheme in which Rama, in his capacity as Prime Minister/Chairman of the National Territorial Council, selected international architecture studios, contacted them, met with them and then established connections with Albanian investors or builders. The latter paid high amounts for the design and then obtained building permits for the construction of palaces, towers, hotels or resorts in Tirana and the coastal areas of the country.
