The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, reacted before the SPAK regarding the issue of judge Irena Gjoka. Berisha stated that Irena Gjoka's mandate should be terminated, while he harshly criticized the Supreme Court of Justice for not approving the verification results sent by the General Prosecutor's Office for the judge.

According to the chief democrat, Judge Irena Gjoka is a delinquent and a lawbreaker.

"This delinquent wrote in the letter to the Supreme Court that she had no knowledge, while they had before them the document where Irena with 5 surnames in the presence of a notary authorized her lawyer in Greece to handle matters that she now says she does not know about. Now she means that she does not know why I went to Ergys Agas's office.
