Homage in Pogradec for Egli Progë/ Hundreds of citizens demand justice

This Wednesday evening, tributes are being held in Pogradec and Korça for Egli Proga.

Hundreds of citizens participated in the tributes and demanded justice for the 42-year-old murdered on August 10.

In Pogradec, citizens lit candles at the scene.

The victim's sister and father have called for the truth to be revealed.

We recall that it was initially reported that the 42-year-old man was found injured on the street and then died in the hospital. The police said that the victim was drunk and had fallen, but the investigation showed that it was a murder. 

The sister of the victim, Jonida Proga, stated that her brother was killed in a group and that the event was tried to be hidden.

For this event, one person is behind bars and 3 others have been released under obligation to appear/ CNA
