SPAK investigations into AKSHI/Artan Hoxha: Seizures, not even 5% of the

Journalist Artan Hoxha spoke this evening about SPAK's investigations into AKSHI, where assets worth over 40 million euros have been seized.

The seized assets belong to former director of the National Anti-Corruption Agency (NACA) Mirlinda Karçanaj and 5 other people under investigation. In a television appearance, Hoxha described these seizures as the largest action carried out by the Special Prosecution Office.

Among other things, he stated that knowing the characters involved in the KASHI investigations, the seized assets are not even 5% of what they own.

"The largest action that SPAK has carried out, I am talking about seizures in real estate, bank accounts, at least 7 million euros seized in bank account files. SPAK's operation surprises you. The subject hit is the second detail. In this case, the assets were confiscated. But the new justice system gives in because from seizure to confiscation is a whole sea, not to say an ocean. Out of 56 million euros of seizures, 1.5 million euros were confiscated.  Knowing the characters involved in this story, the seized assets are not even 5 percent of those they own.
