Meanwhile, there has been a reaction from the head of the National Chamber of Advocates, Maks Haxhia.

In a statement to the media, Haxhia has ironized the Law Commission, while saying that he comes to laugh because he had thought that the meeting would be canceled when it was postponed for the first time.

"Jemi të bindur që njerëzit bashkohen sepse është rasti i rrallë kur interesat e komunitetit përputhen me interesat e opinionit në mbarë vendin… Unë e thirrja mbledhjen e sotme, për të shqyrtuar problemin. Avokati Haxhia solli në vëmendje se supozohej që Dhoma Kombëtare e Avokatisë të paraqiste qëndrimet e saj në Komisionin e Ligjeve, por mbledhja nuk u bë asnjëherë.

“Më vjen për të qeshur se i thashë komitetit që të jeni të sigurt që nuk ka për t’u bërë mbledhja e të hënës. dhe nuk u bë. Mund edhe të mos bëhet fare.”-theksoi avokati.
