Protester attacked in Zvërnec/ Security measures for one of the construction site security workers change

The Court of Appeal has changed the security measure for one of the people arrested after the clashes that occurred in Zvërnec on May 29.

According to reports, the Court of Appeals has changed the security measure from "prison arrest" to "house arrest" for citizen GV, an employee of the private security company at the construction site in Zvërnec. 

Meanwhile, the security measure "prison arrest" was left in effect for the employee AG, and the owner of the private security company, GB.

The above citizens were arrested after clashes occurred during a protest by residents of the village of Zvërnec, in the area known as "Portonovë", where one of them was filmed punching a protester.

According to investigations, they forcibly dragged one of the protesters towards the area reserved for security guards, causing minor bodily injuries. /CNA
