On Monday, the Special Court ordered the measure of "imprisonment" for Leonard Duka. 

Leonard Duka, known as the head of the "Duka" clan, suspected of being the author of Sanatiago Malko's murder, was arrested in Belgium on February 14, 2023. 

After the SPAK's request was submitted to the Ministry of Justice, it became possible to extradite the exponent of crime from Belgium to our country, and the much-wanted man arrived in Rinas on August 2. 

Leonard Duka and Ervis Martinaj were previously friends and partners in the gambling business, then they clashed.

After the breakup of the partnership between them, Martinaj took a hostage and abused Duke's father.

After that, it was Duka's turn to take revenge on Martinaj, initially wanting to eliminate him physically, but after failing, he executed his right-hand man, Santiago Malko.
