Two young men take the policeman's service weapon and rape him

Two young men were handcuffed by the police after yesterday evening they took the service weapon from a policeman and raped him.

The event happened around 23:00 on October 28 on "Foto Xhavella" street.

It is suspected that the incident occurred as a result of a momentary conflict, where 2 people clashed and punched a citizen (an off-duty police officer), took his service weapon, and then left.

The arrested person is citizen ET, 34 years old, resident in Tirana. Also, the citizen RN, 33 years old, resident of Kamez, was criminally prosecuted.

The 34-year-old then turned himself in to the Police, where he also handed over the police officer's weapon.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further procedural actions./ CNA
