Former Prosecutor of Serious Crimes, Eugen Beçi

The former Prosecutor of Serious Crimes, Eugen Beçi, spoke about the "Xibraka" file, where he said that the SPAK decision was not final.

Beçi said that the Prosecution lacks the correct identification of the criminal fact and therefore decided to suspend the case and transfer the material to the police for the collection of the material in order to have evidence.

"This is a suspension decision and means an intermediate, non-final decision which means that the prosecution has a criminal fact, there is a lack of correct identification of the criminal fact, and therefore decides to suspend the case and transfer the material to the police for the collection of material for reached the identification evidence of the criminal offense.
