Ish-kryeministri Sali Berisha është shprehur se nuk ka shkelur asnjë ligj apo rregull gjatë ushtrimit të detyrës së tij.
Sa i përket hetimeve të SPAK, Berisha tha se nuk kanë asnjë provë për akuzat që hedhin, por në dokumentin 200 faqësh ka një shkelje ligjore dhe ajo është e Edi Ramës në kohën kur ai ka ushtruar detyrën e tij si kryetar bashkie në vitin 2006, ku ka firmosur ndryshimin e destinacionit të ish-kompleksit Partizani.
