Resignation of Elsa Toksa/Kalaja raises a shadow of doubt: Úngjëll Agaçi and Elira Kokona know the reason

About a week ago, the judge of the Constitutional Court, Elsa Toska, resigned.

Lawyer Adriana Kalaja commented on her resignation this Wednesday, at the protest in front of the Municipality of Tirana.

Kalaja raised suspicions that the General Secretary of the Council of Ministers, Úngjëll Agaçi and his deputy, Elira Kokona, are aware of the judge's resignation.

According to her, if Agac and Kokona's phones are checked, the reason for Elsa Toksa's escape from the Constitutional Court will also be revealed.

"Today I ask Altin Dushamni to check two telephones, since he also made a 144,000 euro agreement with the Swiss for checking the phones.

Check the phone of Úngjëll Agac and Elira Kokona and understand why Elsa Toska has resigned", the lawyer emphasized.
