Document-Audiotaping/ SPAK asks the Fier prosecution to investigate the SP

The Special Prosecution Office has completed the investigations into the SP candidate for the Fier region, Zegjine Çaushi, and has concluded that she is not facing the criminal offense of "active corruption in elections."

According to SPAK, although we are not dealing with the criminal offense of active corruption in elections, preliminary verifications raise suspicions of three other criminal offenses: "Abuse of office", "Use of public office for political or electoral activity" and "Threat or violence against election participants".

The Special Prosecution Office has asked the Fier Prosecution Office to investigate Zegjine Çau?i.

SPAK's investigations relate to an audio recording published on the show Piranjat, where SP candidate Zegjine Çaushi appears threatening a citizen to serve her boss or she would end up in prison.
