The Minister of the Interior, Bledi Çuçi, is a board member of an association that deals with boating water sports.

The confirmation came from Çuçi himself, who while trying to deny that he does not own a boat business, confirmed the connection with problematic persons.

The second husband of the third wife of Edi Rama has friends, people who have problems with justice such as Roland Ziu or Sokol Topçiu.

The latter was arrested earlier for smuggling.

Në tetor të vitit 2021, Policia e kryeqytetit njoftoi se kishte ndaluar administratorin e kompanisë farmaceutike, “Farma Net Albania”, Sokol Topçiu, në vijim të një hetimi që po zhvillohet nga Prokuroria e Tiranës për zbulimin e një rrjeti kontrabande ilaçesh.

Ndërsa Roland Ziu, është akuzuar nga Partia Demokratike si trafikant droge.

Në tetor të vitit 2019, në një deklaratë për mediat nga selia blu, drejtori i kabinetit në atë kohë, Dorian Teliti, tha se Roland Ziu, një nga aksionerët e dy kompanive që fituan tenderin për port turistik jahtesh pranë Kepit të Rodonit, si bashkim operatorësh, pa kundërshtarë në garë, është trafikant ndërkombëtar droge. 

“Kepin e Rodonit ia ka dhënë për 35 vjet Roland Ziut, i njohur nga mediat si trafikant ndërkombëtar droge. Prej vitesh ky trafikant është lidhur ngushtë me pushtetin e Edi Ramës”, deklaroi Teliti.

Burri dytë i gruas së tretë të Edi Ramës, pranoi miqësinë me Roland Ziun, që lakohet si trafikant droge, por më herët rezulton se i ka dhënë edhe tendera.

Ministria e Bujqësisë, e drejtuar nga Bledi Çuçi, shpalli në faqen e Agjencisë së Prokurimit Publik, fitues të një tenderi në dukje fiktiv, me vlerë rreth 2.5 milionë euro, dy kompani, njëra prej të cilave ishte “Praslin Investment, pronarin e të cilës, Roland Ziu Partia Demokratike e ka akuzuar për trafikant droge.

Në 28 gusht 2020, Ministria e Bujqësisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural shpalli tenderin “Rikonstruksion i godinës së QTTB Fushë-Krujë dhe ndërtim godine”, me fond limit 275 milionë lekë të rinj.

Three of them, specifically: "Elda Vl", "Midea Albania" and "Rafin Company", have been disqualified, as they did not present any economic offer, strengthening the suspicions that the entire procedure was fictitious and that the winner was predetermined.
