Abi Malltezi, publishing a document provided by CNA.al, regarding incinerators, stated that the incinerators are in the hands of Prime Minister Edi Rama, Arben Ahmetaj and their realtors like Mirel Mërtiri.

In a reaction on social networks, Malltezi writes that Mirel Mërtiri, Floran Pustina and Flonia Tashko are representatives of GEOGENIX, the offshore company they created after merging Integrated Energy BV.

Malltezi emphasizes that Floran Pustina and Flonia Tashko also appear as the metering company in Butrint's contract.

Mbi 40 miljone euro jane paguar per Inceneratorin e Tiranes por incenerator nuk ka! Bashkia na takson 29 euro/ton se gjoja mbetjet incenerohen por ne fakt shkojne ne landfill dhe duhej te ishte vec 12 euro per ton se keshtu thote edhe kontrata sekrete qe kane nenshkruar! Por aha, prokuroria dhe dreqtesia jane nenshtruar SOROS dhe nuk ndihen.
