Mark Nika, the uncle of Aleks Nika, one of the protesters killed in the January 21 protest, spoke to the media before the Special Prosecution Office regarding the investigations into this matter.

Nika said she wants the investigation and trial of the case to be expedited. Among other things, she said that she holds the Democratic Party politically responsible for her nephew's murder.

"The old investigative file must be restored, because it has been massacred. We demand that the investigation and trial of this case be expedited. The prosecutor will implement the procedures, that's all he can tell me. The procedures belong to them. The more time passes, the more justice is denied. I am convinced that this case will end positively. Justice will do its job. The Special Courts will punish the murderers, the orderers and the manipulators of the case.

On the political level, the DP and Berisha, he was prime minister, Lulzim Basha was the interior minister, he is responsible for the murder of his nephew. They killed him and hid the evidence.
