Almost done/ Skenderbeu finds a new coach, this is who Takaj trusts to lead the team

Only a few hours separate Ivan Gvozdenovic from signing with Skenderbeu. The former defender will most likely return to Korça, but this time with a different status: that of coach.

This thing is expected to take an official form as soon as another meeting between the Serb and Ardjan Takaj takes place, which will most likely happen today.

The 44-year-old took the flight to Tirana yesterday at noon and directly went to the southeast of Albania. He will sit down with the president again, to close this story once and for all.

Not that there is much left to discuss after the first meeting, held on Saturday 19 December. A good part of things have been fixed and it can already be said that there is an accord between the parties.

And yet, there are still some small details of the contract to reconcile. Details that are mostly on the financial side.

Having found a common language in this regard, Ivan Gvozdenovic will sign and present himself to the team as a new coach.
