The First Category will come with an innovation in the new season. In the framework of football policies for encouraging the activation of young players and their promotion in professional teams, the Commission for Reforming the Regulations of the AFL proposed the creation of a financial incentive system for First Category clubs for players in the age group of 16- 21 years old.

Ky propozim u miratua unanimisht dhe besohet që do të ketë një impakt të rëndësishëm në mbështetjen dhe promovimin e lojtarëve të rinj. Po çfarë është më konkretisht ky vendim që është marrë. FSHF-ja ka llogaritur që të paguajë një minimum prej 270 minutash dhe një maksimum prej 470 për lojtarët e moshës 16 deri 21 vjeç që aktivizohen në Kategorinë e Parë. Kjo llogaritje do të bëhet vetëm për këtë moshë.  “Panorama Sport” shkruan se pagesa do te jetë e llogaritur 2 mijë lekë të vjetër për një minutë dhe kjo t’u kalojë klubeve.

This is an incentive for the clubs, who believe in young people by supporting and promoting them and at the same time benefit from some income in their coffers.
