Carlo Ancelotti është vlerësuar nga UEFA me çmimin trajneri më i mirë i vitit të kaluar në mbrëmjen e shortit të fazës së grupeve të Champions League. Për teknikun italian është hera e katërt në karrierë që vlerësohet me këtë çmim.

Ndërkohë që lojtari më i mirë i sezonit 2021-2022 është zgjedhur Karim Benzema, që udhëhoqi Realin e Madridit drejt titullit të radhës në Champions me 15 golat e shënuar vitin e kaluar.
