Almost breaking her legs, the aggressors of the PSG striker are arrested

Three young men were arrested last night in connection with last November's attack on PSG midfielder Kheira Hamraoui. The prosecutor of Versailles announced that the three young men, all in their 20s (one of them with a criminal record) were arrested at their homes and remanded in custody.

On November 4, 32-year-old Hamraoui was attacked by two hooded men armed with iron bars as she was returning from a dinner with one of her teammates, Aminata Diallo. She suffered leg injuries that kept her out for a long time.

The case shocked the Parisian club and the French public opinion also considering that Diallo was suspected to be the instigator of the attack because of the rivalry with Hamraoui. She was detained by the police but later released after the charges were not proven.

Meanwhile, Hamraoui's position in the team has become difficult, so much so that PSG announced three days ago that they consider him out of the team:

"It was not easy for us, not even for him, but Hamraoui is not part of our sports project and will remain so throughout the season," said the assistant coach, Sabrina Delannoy, without giving further explanations. Hamraoui, who has a contract that expires in 2023, has had strained relations with several teammates, particularly forwards Marie-Antoinette Katoto and Kadidiatou Diani.
