Kosovo challenges Turkey, fans from Albania head to Pristina

Many fans from Albania have headed to Pristina to support Kosovo in the historic play-off final against Turkey, which will decide which team qualifies for the World Cup.

With national flags and KLA symbols, the red and black supporters created a festive atmosphere during their journey to the "Fadil Vokrri" stadium.

Currently, the large flow of vehicles has caused queues at the Vërmica border crossing, where entry procedures on the Kosovo side are being carried out. Despite the high volume of movements, the waits are not long and the situation is being managed normally. This massive mobilization confirms once again the unity of Albanians in support of the "Dardans" for this mission.

Kosovo is just one victory away from its historic first qualification for a World Cup. Pristina will be the center of the pan-Albanian celebration today in search of a ticket to the 2026 World Cup.
