For the first time in history, Ancelotti is officially appointed to the major national team

Carlo Ancelotti will leave his post as Real Madrid coach at the end of this month to take charge of the Brazil national team. The news has been officially confirmed, ending months of speculation about the Italian coach's future. Ancelotti will leave the "Santiago Bernabeu" after a successful second spell in charge of the Spanish team, during which he won several important trophies.

During his second spell in charge of the Madrid club, the 65-year-old managed to win two La Liga titles, two Copa del Reys and two Champions Leagues, taking his total number of trophies won as Real Madrid coach to 15. He is one of the most successful coaches in the club's history, having made a significant contribution to the club's dominance in the Spanish and European arenas.

Ancelotti will take up his new job with the Brazilian national team on May 28, after Real Madrid's season ends. He will become the first Italian to manage the five-time world champion team, an appointment that has been seen as a strategic move by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF).
