Elbasan climbs to the top, Flamurtari remains at the bottom

Elbasan won 2-1 away against Flamurtari in the 28th week of the Superiore.

The friends took the lead in the 5th minute with a header from Jonathan Lajthia after a corner kick.

Flamurtari had the opportunity to equalize in the second half with a penalty, but Herald Marku was stopped twice by goalkeeper Jana?ek.

In the 63rd minute, Lajthia scored Elbasan's second goal, taking advantage of a situation in the area after a set piece. The home team reacted quickly and narrowed the gap in the 65th minute with Ramani.

The match was stopped for a few minutes after goalkeeper Jana?ek injured his hand and was taken away by ambulance. The score remained unchanged in the remaining minutes.

With this victory, Elbasan climbs to the top of the standings with 52 points, while Flamurtari remains in last place.
