Bayern Munich secures championship title, 13th in the last 14 years

Bayern Munich is officially the champion of Germany for the 2025-2026 Bundesliga season.

Vincent Kompany's team triumphed 4-2 over Stuttgart at home to mathematically secure first place.

Goals from Guerreiro, Jackson, Davies and Kane completed the victory and title win for Bayern Munich.

The reason for this was Borussia Dortmund's loss the day before to Hoffenheim.

With four weeks left, Bayern Munich holds first place with 79 points, a full 15 points more than second-place Dortmund.

This is the 13th title in the last 14 years for Bayern and the second in a row for coach Vincent Kompany, who confirms that he has no rivals in Germany.

Also, this is the 35th championship title in the club's history.

Securing the championship early allows the coach to refresh the squad before the cup semi-finals against Leverkusen and the Champions League semi-finals against PSG.
