Barcelona takes the lead, victory with "three" for the Catalans

Barcelona returned to victory in La Liga by defeating Levante with a clean score of 3-0, a result that lifts the Catalans to first place.

Hansi Flick's team took a quick lead in the fourth minute through Marc Bernal, after an assist from Eric Garcia.

The home side's dominance continued in the first half and Frenkie de Jong scored the second goal, his first since January 2025. In addition to numerous chances from Raphinha and Lewandowski, Barcelona sealed the triumph nine minutes from time with a powerful strike from Fermin Lopez.

This was the 12th consecutive home win for the "Blaugrana", showing strength after two consecutive defeats in the league and cup.

With this success, Barcelona overtakes Real Madrid and takes first place in the rankings.

Levante remains in penultimate place, further and further away from the rescue zone.
