According to the Institute of Geosciences, thunderstorms and the high intensity of rainfall for short moments can create various problems, as well as water floods in urban areas depending on the sewerage system in Shkodër, Dibër, Lezë, Durrës and Vlorë counties.

The wind is expected to blow light to moderate throughout the country, while the minimum and maximum air temperatures are expected to reach:

on the coast: 21 / 28 °C;

in low countries: 20 / 29 °C;

in mountainous countries: 15 / 27 °C./ CNA
