Muzhaqi in Rin Camp 24: We support 26 youth projects throughout Albania.

The Minister for Youth and Children, Bora Muzhaqi, discussed with the young people of the Rin Camp youth camp. During her speech, Minister Muzhaqi appreciated the increasing engagement of young people in the discussion and advancement of their ideas and projects. In this spirit, the works of the "Rincamp" youth camp focused on the discussion on youth policies and concrete initiatives in their function.

This meeting is a continuation of our hundreds of joint activities organized with the National Youth Agency, which have involved the youth in decision-making, trained them in various fields, and equipped them with skills and knowledge according to the needs of each group. Over 13,000 young people have engaged in these activities from Tropoja to Konispol, said Muzhaqi.

In the meantime, we have financed 23 projects for young people, not only from the state budget but also thanks to the work done with donors who, thanks to increased trust and transparency, are assisting us with the budget for more engagement opportunities for young people.

Starting from September, we will implement a total of 26 projects with organizations for young people throughout the country, directly or indirectly influencing about 28,000 young people, who will be able to engage in various activities, training, sports, art, culture, debate, and many others.

"Some of you have benefited from the coding program financed by the Albanian government, so within the first 6 months of this year, 500 young people have received knowledge as part of these courses", said Muzhaqi. Regardless of the career you want to pursue, she continued, the critical thinking skills, organizational and information technology management skills you learn in any of the 35 different disciplines we offer will serve you throughout your life. For those who have not yet had the opportunity, I encourage you to join the 1,800 beneficiaries of the coding program.

Meanwhile, this year, with the national internship program, 162 young people have been hired out of 314 who did internships last year in public administration institutions. At the beginning of September, we will also welcome the new group of interns who will join us in the institutions for this year, through which program we have made more than 1200 positions available to young people.
