Merret vendimi/ Lumi Vjosa shpallet Park Kombëtar

Ministrja e Turizmit dhe Mjedisit, Mirela Kumbaro, ka njoftuar se lumi Vjosa është shpallur zyrtarisht Park Kombëtar.

Kumbaro tha se vendimi është marrë sot gjatë mbledhjes së Këshillit të Ministrave dhe përfshin një sipërfaqe totale prej 12,727 hektarësh.

“Kemi sot vendimin përfundimtar që e shpallim lumin e Vjosës lumin e fundit të egër në Europë Park Kombëtar, kategoria e dytë e mbrojtjes që është shumë më e lartë se ajo që kishte një vit më parë si Park Natyror. E kemi shtrirë këtë sipërfaqe mbrojtje në 12 727 ha që është gjithë sipërfaqja ujore, bregore e lumit bashkë me sipërfaqen tokësore që së bashku me të tre degët e lumit Vjosë, Drino, Bënsh, Shushicës bëjnë atë që duhet atë që është sot parku i parë i një lumi të egër në Europë”, tha ministrja Mirela Kumbaro./CNA.al
