Why do people talk in their sleep?/ It says a lot about your mental health

Sleep talking is one of many sleep disorders and is more common in children and teenagers than in adults. However, according to another study, there is no difference in the frequency of occurrence between men and women.

There is little research to explain why sleep talking occurs. This may be because there are few health or adverse health consequences other than disturbing the sleep of others.
