Rastet pozitive të konfirmuara janë identifikuar në këto bashki: 194 në Tiranë, 41 në Durrës, 31 në Fier, 23 në Vlorë, 19 në Sarandë, nga 17 qytetarë në Shkodër, Divjakë, 14 në Lushnje, nga 11 qytetarë në Krujë, Kamëz, nga 10 qytetarë në Kavajë, Korçë, Elbasan, nga 9 qytetarë në Mallakastër, Pogradec, nga 8 qytetarë në Malësi e Madhe, Lezhë, Gjirokastër, Berat, nga 7 qytetarë në Vorë, Himarë, Tepelenë, nga 6 qytetarë në Mirditë, Rrogozhinë, nga 5 qytetarë në Maliq, Kuçovë, nga 4 qytetarë në Selenicë, Përmet, nga 3 qytetarë në Pukë, Tropojë, Kurbin, Shijak, Dibër, Patos, Kolonjë, Poliçan, nga 2 qytetarë në Bulqizë, Këlcyrë, Devoll, nga 1 qytetar në Vau i Dejës, Mat, Roskovec, Delvinë, Libohovë, Skrapar, Cerrik, Gramsh.
