Do you often have abdominal pain?! What you need to do to eliminate them

The most frequent complaints I hear are related to symptoms such as:

- Feeling of discomfort in the stomach

- Bloating and gas

- Heartburn

- Nausea, feeling like vomiting.

- Constipation

- Diarrhea (stomach)

I am telling you about some simple and good ways to normalize your digestive system.

They are not difficult to implement, and when done consistently give excellent results.

1. Eat healthy food

This means staying away from the fridge and the table:

- Sugars, sweets.

- Processed foods.

- Red meat, salami, hams, meatballs.

- Animal fats and oils.

- Canned foods.

- Industrial drinks.

The foods we consume every day have ingredients that increase the risk of developing inflammation of the digestive tract, inflammatory bowel diseases (such as colitis or Crohn's), irritable bowel syndrome, and other digestive symptoms.

But what to eat instead?

I recommend raw foods:

- seasonal citrus fruit

- vegetables, especially cruciferous vegetables (all types of cabbage)

- meat from grass-fed animals.

2. Chew food well.

- Your food starts to digest as soon as it enters your mouth.

Enzymes in your saliva begin to break it down, and of course, your chewing begins to mechanically digest the food as well.

- Spend time chewing until the contents in your mouth are almost liquid.

3. Get enough fiber.

Both soluble and insoluble fiber are essential for your digestive tract.

Fiber is great because it bulks up your stool and absorbs water, so everything moves more easily in your bowels.

Good sources of fiber are:

- Legumes

- Nuts

- The seeds

- Crucifers
