Gjendet zgjidhja për diabetikët, çfarë duhet të konsumojnë

Shkencëtarët kanë zhvilluar një mënyrë për të siguruar insulinë nga goja, nëpërmjet një kapsule ose çokollatë pa sheqer, dhe e kanë testuar me sukses atë te kafshët.

Kjo insulinë e re do të jetë gati për testim njerëzor në vitin 2025, shkruan Euronews. 

Rreth 61 milionë njerëz kanë diabet në Evropë dhe midis 5 dhe 10 për qind e tyre kanë diabet të tipit 1, që do të thotë se ata duhet të marrin insulinë çdo ditë për të kontrolluar nivelet e tyre të glukozës në gjak.

Disa njerëz me diabet të tipit 2 më të zakonshëm duhet gjithashtu të marrin insulinë. 

Tre mënyrat më të zakonshme për të marrë insulinë janë me një shiringë, një "stilolaps" insuline ose një pompë insuline, sipas Federatës Ndërkombëtare të Diabetit./CNA
