"Zheji has influenced me with the "pirouettes" of the Albanian

Linguist Natasha Shuteriqi, in the Prime Minister's "fasim" podcast, also focused on Rama's novel "Kurbani".

Shuteriqi told Rama that this novel has a strange syntax, but still very Albanian.

The Prime Minister, in his conversation with linguist Shuteriqi, said that Petro Zheji had a great influence on shaping the Srpska language.

Rama further said that the fragmentation and disintegration that is being inflicted on the Albanian language today is tragic.

 

" I liked the comparison that Kadare made between Russian and Albanian. He had the competence to make parallels. Since Russian is the language of the colossus, where Kadare made the Albanian version of "The Cloud with Pants", which for me is the pinnacle. I often asked him about the original in Russian.
