The Special Court has accepted the request of former socialist MP Jurgis Çyrbja for a summary trial. Altin Hajri and Ahmet Masha will also be tried with a summary trial. The next session will be held on October 20 at 1:00 PM.
Çyrba is accused of exposing police actions, extracting data from TIMS and other information to help wanted persons avoid capture.
Çyrbe is facing charges of "Active corruption in elections", "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime", and "Trading in state secrets"./CNA
