"Everyone has rivers and parks, Tirana has a river of feces"/ Noka:

Democratic Party MP Flamur Noka stated in a television appearance that the SP is using administration patronage and state terror in the race for Tirana.

Noka said that residents of the capital have had a water shortage all summer and if other capitals have rivers, Tirana has a river of feces.

 

" Tirana has the patronage of the administration and state terror. Why should a citizen of Tirana vote for "Miss Covid" when we are witnesses that Tirana has been without water all summer? Good for drinking, but we bought water to wash. This does not happen in any other European capital.

"Everyone has a river and parks around the river. Tirana, thanks to Narcos, has a river of feces. The place of trees in Tirana has been taken by towers, which are money laundering for drug cartels."

 

Noka said that Albanians do not protest because the regime has stifled their breath.

"The Narcos regime has taken the breath away of everything. Only Enver Hoxha has had the power that the leader of Narcos has today. Not even Ramiz Alia exercised this terror over Albanians. The state has turned into a gang. Votes are bought. Even Kosovo, a state for 16 years, held democratic elections. When the state turns into a gang, democracy is over. When the Xhabafti cartel comes out against the Secretary General of the DP, imagine what happens to the citizen. Terror of the state that has turned into a gang", declared Noka./ CNA
