Democratic Party MP Sajmir Korreshi has given his arguments against the draft law "On integrated waste management".

In the Laws Committee, Korreshi said that this law is being made so that tendering is centralized in only one hand. The MP stated that the opposition is skeptical because the entire mafia is invested in the waste processing sector, there are no bins, incinerators are not there or are not working and there are also no waste fields.

"Why shouldn't it pass?

Because international practices have shown that the international mafia, mainly Italian, only deals with garbage.

Why do we presume that this law will lead to theft and corruption?

Because the law gives the government the right and the opportunity to implement the laws, it is moving towards centralization.

If until today each municipality was a separate entity, and tendered according to its capabilities, today tenders will be conducted by a single entity, which is the Ministry of Interior.

The previous law also had differentiated separation, but we don't have bins, it stinks. Garbage is collected once every 3 weeks.

Why aren't dairies that have filled their canals with brine fined?

We suffer from basic infrastructure, we don't have incinerators, we can't find the on/off button for the one in Fier like the one in humor where there is a fun button.

Okay, we can differentiate them, but we don't have a waste field, the field in Lushnje is no longer being recovered because there is so much waste that even the devil can't come close.

With this stupid law, the Municipality of Lushnje dumps garbage on my land, what will you do as a minister of this municipality?

Is there any fucking law or constitution anymore?
