Presentation of the government program/ Rama: The main place is taken by the IA,

Prime Minister Edi Rama did not present the entire program at the start of the marathon session, as he said that ministers would do it according to fields, but focused on Artificial Intelligence.

Rama said that Albania is the only country that uses AI in the approximation of legislation with the EU. Prime Minister Rama gave the floor to virtual minister Diella.

 

"Albania 2030 in the European Union is the headline of this program.

I will not read the entire program nor will I take up the time of each minister who will present the areas one by one.

AI will take up the largest part.

The rule of law is the foundation, the new Criminal Code and the new Penal Code are in process.

Technology will help transparency for accountability and transparency.

Albania is the only country in the region that uses AI to accelerate the approximation of legislation.

Diella will be supported by the AI ??4 accelerator. AI4 will attract the best talents of the diaspora, create companies as shareholders, and help Albanians be innovation generators.

Diella will unite public service with innovative entrepreneurship.
