"We no longer have a salary, because we dared to demand our rights"/ Spaç Miner in protest

Miner Kastriot Prenga was present at the protest organized today by the Democratic Party.

The miner at the Spaç mine said that he and his colleagues have been without a salary for several months after being fired.

Prenga said they were fired after daring to demand their rights.

" Today, the conditions in that mine have not changed much. The company sells the copper, but it will not care about the employees. We have not had our salaries for dozens of months, because we dared to demand our rights. I am one of those 70 miners that the company fired with a stroke of a pen."

"Who will save me and my friends? It is because of these thieves that we are where we are. Let's all stand up because it is not just us miners who are suffering. The sooner this government breaks its neck, the more hope we will have ," said the miner./CNA
