8-year-old Kevin in "Home Alone," the lively child played by Macaulay Culkin, has committed a host of crimes in his attempt to save his house from a pair of careless burglars. A YouTuber named Legal Eagle, who is a lawyer, made a video with all the violations of the law in the film. First on the list are Kevin's parents, who are responsible for abandoning a minor and exposing him to danger.

This is potentially a serious crime. The two burglars who tried to break into McAllister's house committed a number of crimes, the most serious of which was the attempted murder of the little one. However, the "champion" in crimes is little Kevin.

The YouTuber points out that when burglars try to break into a house with a rope and Kevin cuts him off, the real question arises as to whether this could constitute assault or even attempted murder. Ultimately, the verdict is everyone's fault except Kevin.

The McAllister parents will be sentenced to one year of probation for abandonment and endangerment of their child. The thieves will be sentenced to 21 to 26 years for "dozens of burglaries" and attempted murder.
