Ashley St. Clair, an influencer and mother of one of Elon Musk's children, has sued his AI company, accusing its chatbot Grok of creating and distributing sexual images of her without her consent. The lawsuit was filed in New York court after an AI-generated image of Ashley in a bikini was leaked online.
According to the influencer, despite requests to ban this content, Grok continued to produce images that she describes as "sexually abusive, intimate and degrading," damaging her privacy and reputation.
The case comes just hours after Musk announced that the company had placed restrictions on image editing on Grok, banning the manipulation of photos of people in bikinis or underwear for all users.
The incident has sparked international concern, with authorities and civil rights organizations warning of the privacy and security risks of using AI for sexually explicit material. /CNA
