"Fatbardha"/ An Albanian story at the Greek documentary festival

This weekend, the International Documentary Festival is being held in Kastellorizo, Greece.

A video documentary production with an Albanian story is also participating in the festival, in the category of competitive artistic productions.

Titled "Fatbardha", the documentary film was made two years ago by director Kitty Këndezi.

The documentary film lasts 24 minutes and is shown to the public along with several others in the same category.

Subject: Fatbardha and Niko, an elderly married couple, live in a small house. Niko is immobile in a hospital bed. Fatbardha, although she moves with difficulty, takes care of them both. Due to age and illnesses that do not allow them to move, the couple is getting closer and closer to each other through their daily routine, shortly before they are separated forever. /CNA
