The police, the US Embassy and the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana are organized to attack a fraud scheme.

The Blues have arrested the 20-year-old with the initials EH, a resident of Devoll.

After a six-month investigation, by a special investigative group, it has been discovered how the young man defrauded educational institutions, with the so-called "Let's Talk Together about US 23" and "Let's Talk Together about US 24" projects.

The programs promised students and teachers free trips to the United States.

The 20-year-old had created a false identity, engaging with officials of the Ministry of Education and other educational institutions throughout Albania. Hundreds of students, teachers and education officials throughout Albania participated in these fraudulent programs.

The young man has been given the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Computer falsification" and "Forgery of documents"./ CNA
