They raped and harassed a 17-year-old by publishing the video on social networks/ Two people are arrested

Lezhë, the Crime Investigation Specialists at the Lezhë Police Station made the arrest of citizens in flagrante delicto:

– A. Gj., 19 years old, and A. Ll., 19 years old, both residents of Malsi, Kolsh Administrative Unit, Lezhë.

Their arrest was made after a 17-year-old filed a report at the Lezhë Police Station, indicating that on 21.07.2022, around 10:30 p.m., he was taken into a vehicle against his will by these two citizens and taken to the of Kolsh-Malsi village, Kolsh Administrative Unit, Lezhë Municipality.

After stopping the vehicle, these two citizens blackmailed the 17-year-old with a video by taking it "Live" on the social network "TikTok" and forcing him to use offensive words in the video, actions which were accompanied by physical violence against the 17 -year-old, as well as sexually harassed him.

Procedural materials in charge of the arrested citizens A. Gj. and A. Ll. will be transferred to the Prosecutor's Office of the General Jurisdiction of Lezhë, for further action for the criminal offences, "Other intentional damage", "Intimidation" and "Sexual harassment".
