Other shocking details have emerged from the serious event that happened a few days ago in Pogradec, where 42-year-old Egli Proga was killed. 

It is reported that Denis Meçe, the person arrested as the author of the event, imposed a "fine" on the victim, asking him for the daily round of his bar.

However, the victim refused to give money, stating that he has to support his two children, and at this moment he was severely raped by Denisi Meçe, until he died in the hospital.

Egli Proga was lying on the ground for 30 minutes, while a police officer was present. The family members even tried to take him to the hospital, but were refused, saying that help can only be provided by ambulance.

Meanwhile, in today's court session, the author, Denis Meçe, was left in prison and the measure "compulsion to appear" was imposed on the other 3 persons arrested for "not accusing the crime" and "actions that prevent the disclosure of the truth".
