New details have emerged from the investigative file of SPAK, where 11 arrest warrants have been issued. It is known that Bujar Gërmizi, one of the arrested in the framework of this operation, who is considered as the strongman of Kukës, is suspected of having helped Nuredin Duman.

It is reported in the media that Gërmizi, through his connections, helped Dumani, at the time when the latter was being searched, to cross the border point of Morina several times entering the territory of Kosovo and vice versa without any kind of problem.

From the conversations discovered by "SKY ECC" it showed that the man who interfered with the border police officers and enabled the crossing without problem at the border point of Nuredin Duman, was Gërmizi.

It is revealed that Nuredin Dumani, who is wanted for several murders, arrived in Albania in March 2022, where he was helped at the checkpoint by citizen Bujar Gërmizi.

Germizi is accused of providing the conditions to commit murder and is in jail.

Operation of SPAK:

The Special Prosecutor's Office has issued 11 arrest warrants in total, where 4 have been arrested, 6 are wanted and an "obligation to appear" has been imposed on one officer. Erzen Breçani, the former deputy director of the Tirana Police, Dedan Gjoni, Chief of Crimes at Police Station number 6, Besmir Murati and Bujar (Ajazi) Germizi, a well-known name in the world of crime in Kukës, are in police custody.

The Special Court has imposed a "compulsion to appear" measure against Jonida Babametos, an officer of the Directorate of Borders and Immigration.

In search are: Ismail Zeneli, Artan Sulejmani, Albert Prenga, Bajram Germizi, Bajram Grabova and Ervin Mata. /CNA
