The Court of Appeal has upheld the decision for Ramiz Mic, the 39-year-old who killed his co-habitant in July 2022.

Mici will serve a life sentence. He will serve his sentence in a maximum security prison.

The serious event took place in Elbasan in July 2022, where after a jealousy fight, Ramiz Mici killed Jetlira Elez, mother of two children, with a knife.

They lived in the "Skenderbej" neighborhood for 4 months in a rented apartment.

The 37-year-old was divorced and had two children from her first marriage. The author of the murder was also divorced and had two children from a previous marriage.
