The moment of the arrest of the 19-year-old

A 19-year-old man ended up in the handcuffs of the Lushnja police, after he published a video of a 14-year-old girl on social networks.

The police announced that the young man was denounced by his mother and daughter.

Police Notification:

"After the report made to the Lushnja Police Station, by a 40-year-old citizen, that a citizen had published on social networks, a video of her 14-year-old minor daughter, the crime investigation specialists of this police station organized the work to clarify the this case and putting the author before the criminal liability.

Following the procedural actions for this case, the citizen H. Ç., 19 years old, resident of Fier, was arrested and imprisoned, as from the investigative actions it is suspected that he published the intimate video of the 14-year-old girl on social networks. The cell phone of the citizen H. Ç. was seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction, for further actions."/ CNA
